Yes, almost all Kalivia products are 100% vegan and free of animal ingredients. The only exception: The spruce resin ointment contains beeswax and is therefore not vegan, but vegetarian. We completely refrain from animal testing.

Our products are specially developed for sensitive and allergy-prone skin. The low-allergen formulation makes them particularly suitable for people with sensitive skin, neurodermatitis, or contact allergies. For serious skin conditions, please seek medical advice beforehand.

All Kalivia products are lovingly handmade in Austria, in small batches, with the utmost care and without mass production.

Whenever possible, we use raw materials from controlled organic cultivation. Some products are certified with the Bio Garantie seal. The exact INCI list can be found on each product page.

The best-before date is indicated on each package (PAO symbol). Unopened, most products have a shelf life of 24 months. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6–12 months.

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods in accordance with Austrian distance selling law (FAGG). Opened products are excluded for hygiene reasons. You can find details in our cancellation policy.
