Information Obligation Statement

In the following privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website. We collect and process personal data only on the basis of legal provisions (General Data Protection Regulation, Telecommunications Act 2003).

As soon as you access or visit our website as a user, your IP address, as well as the start and end of the session, are recorded. This is technically necessary and thus constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact with Us

If you contact us, either via our contact form on our website or by email, the data you transmit to us will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry or in case of follow-up questions. Your transmitted data will not be disclosed without your consent.

Data Storage

To facilitate the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP address of the connection holder via cookies, as well as name, address, and email.

For contract processing, the following data is also stored by us:
Name, address, email, PayPal, bank details.

The data you provide is necessary for contract fulfillment and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Conclusion of a contract without this data is not possible. Transmission of collected data to third parties does not occur, except for the transmission of payment data (credit card details) to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company commissioned by us (transport company) entrusted with the delivery of goods, and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.

If you cancel the purchase process, this data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). The transmitted name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase will be stored beyond this until the expiry of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96(3) TKG and Art. 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offering user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and allow this only in individual cases. Deactivating cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

Server Log Files

This website and the associated provider automatically collect information during website use in the form of so-called "server log files." This particularly concerns:

  • IP address or hostname

  • time spent on the website as well as date and time
  • pages accessed on the website
  • language settings and operating system
  • "leaving page" (the URL from which the user left the website)
  • ISP (Internet Service Provider)

This collected information is not processed in a personally identifiable manner or linked with personal data.

The website operator reserves the right to evaluate or review this data in the event of becoming aware of unlawful activities.
